Nathan Cox was very friendly, personable, and communicated well. The sales valuation turned out to be quite high. The economy and interest rates may have played a role, but we were hoping for something a bit closer to the listing price. However, Nathan did stay in constant touch even though I was out of state. I cannot speak to the market in the area, but I can say that Nathan was very easy to work with and communicate with. For that reason, I would recommend him highly.

Nathan was very helpful and understanding in our situation. He understood we HAD to sell but it was a bittersweet situation. Letting go of my mother's house was truly a very difficult time in our family's life.

Nathan tried to get us more money than the actual sell of the property. But due to the increase of mortgage rates, we agreed to a lower selling price so we wouldn't have to keep up with another property.
